Business Analyst Practice Lead

H2R Technology is currently searching for aBusiness Analyst Practice Lead to support an NZ wide known organisation that supports a range of New Zealanders.

This role will support a team of IT focused Business Analysts working with other practice leads and a practice manager to help define what good looks like, working closely with the team to support them with development, coaching, and business analyst support.

The ideal candidate will have come from a business analyst background and have experience leading and developing teams. I am looking for somebody that is empathetic, resilient, and can help the team improve there processes.

A large focus of this role will be on people management and development with the opportunity to support the strategic development of this establishing practice.

Key experience required:

• Significant professional and technical experience in technology business analysis and design and a strong understanding of relevant processes and tools
• Proven track record leading and influencing others, improving workforce culture,engagement and ways of working
• Ideally have experience operating in an Agile environment
• Strong networking skills and well-developed relationships within the technology sector and industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical and non-technical information
