Business Analyst

This role would someone who has previous experience in the tertiary sector and is an effective communicator as there will be a lot of collaboration. The role will involve some travel to either Hamilton or Wellington as they have teams across all regions. 
 
The role is hybrid and based in Highbrook

• Adding in fields to forms both online and our physical training agreements
• Writing test scripts
• Working with internal Customer Service team on what’s working/what’s not
• Analysing business processes, and what changes may need to be made
• Updating documentation in line with changes
• Cleansing Data
• Some testing of the API
• Working on the integration and upgrade of 2 different learning systems
• Change management
• Facilitating workshops
• Potential for some work with an upcoming financial system integration
• Scoping of the size of the project
