It's not every day you get to use your technical and analytical know-how to help make a difference to the health of our Southern communities - We have a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic BI Analyst to join our Digital Services team on a permanent basis.

Mō te tūranga - About the role:

  • Promote regional information technology activity including standardised systems, processes, and policies
  • Design, create, and generate reports with tools such as Power BI
  • Responsible for the quality control of all reports and data
  • Interpret the needs of the end user and design and enhance reports to meet end user expectations
  • Collaborate in wider conversations around Business Intelligence and digital landscape
  • Assist the region in its pursuit of making informed decisions
  • Make a difference in our community as we journey on our BI, data and analytical transformation to support Southern Health objectives

Mōu ake - About you

  • Hands-on knowledge of MS SQL Server and Reporting Services and PowerBI
  • Proven professional experience in report writing, data analysis, and data manipulation.
  • A proven track record of report development
  • Strong analytical and problems solving skills
