We have an exciting opportunity to join our transformationoffice on a 3-year fixed-term contract as a ChangeDeployment Partner at our Albany based Support Centre. If youlead with transparent, engaging and effective practices and keep the end userat the heart of your decision making we would love to hear from you.
This role is crucial for our transformation programme andwill primarily focus on our Stores transformation journey, including thereadiness and activation (deployment) where you will see yourself partneringwith key stakeholders and leaders across the Mitre10 network to enable andactivate the change.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leadingchange and business readiness for large or complex projects/programmes withexperience in delivering organisational change involving changes to people,processes, technology, structure, behaviour and new ways of working. Youwill be well versed in stakeholder management across a diverse range of domainswith a focus on delivery.
