Our Cleaners promote excellence and professionalism in service provision; ensuring high quality cleaning services are delivered to wards, departments and non-clinical areas. 

We currently have a cleaner’s position available based at Pukekohe Hospital, required to cover shifts at Pukekohe hospital, Papakura Maternity Unit and Awhinatia Community Health, Papakura. This is a permanent part time position working 22 hours per week. The preferred candidate will need to be available to cover rostered shifts Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7.00am to 3.30pm.

Selected candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Professionalism and be customer service focused
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • 3 years secondary education
  • The ability to work independently 
  • Previous cleaning experience
  • The ability to work independently
