As an entry-level Lending Specialist you'll be the main point of contact for our customers both online and over the phone. You'll be involved with initial loan enquiries and the verification process with the opportunity to progress through to loan assessment and repayments as you grow. Some of your key duties will be:
Experience in lending is not a requirement for this role, full training is provided, however we are looking for candidates with a background in customer service - call centre, retail, hospitality, sales etc. Additionally we are looking for people who:

- Loan application pre-screening including credit and reference checks
- Answering in-bound calls/emails and handling customer enquiries in a helpful and timely manner
- Accurately maintaining customer records
