As the Director of Digital Products, your role is critical for leading the effective management and delivery of business value and customer service for the complex suite of enterprise digital products we use at Ara Poutama Aotearoa.
You will lead a group that manages the full product lifecycle of Corrections digital products and the relevant support teams for IOMS and SAP. As the Director of Digital Products for these two key functions, you also lead the development of our asset management strategy and ensures delivery of high-quality plans that enable investment in and maintenance of Correctionsdigital assets.
Supported by a set of product group teams, the role provides the thought leadership and strategic decision-making to take our suite of assets to the next level of maturity required for our complex enterprise digital environment. This function is critical to the Department's day-to-day operations, and achievement of our strategic goals ( Hōkai Rangi ) and broader government objectives, in alignment with our shared values of inclusivity and collaboration.
You will implement key decisions regarding product capabilities, priorities and investment planning, including external stakeholders when vendor or partner/ecosystem relationships are involved in success of digital product performance. Your experience and understanding of effective processes will inform optimal practices and processes.

The midpoint of the salary range is $ 237,302. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
