We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Learning and Development Advisor to join an organisation that is truly focused on learning and ensuring that their people have the tools to be successful in their roles.

Reporting into the OD Lead, you will be responsible for partnering with the business to embed learning programs across all levels of the organisation. You will be responsible for reshaping mindsets by helping drive learning initiatives and programs. The right person will be able to facilitate learning, coach, and support development across the business.

You will be a confident, creative, and innovative learning professional, who enjoys communicating and building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You have at least three years’ experience in learning development with implementation of organisational wide learning as well as strengths in facilitation.
