About the role 

As the Manager Client Service Delivery in the Rangitikei, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 11 across our Marton, Taihape and Ohakune offices. Your role as a leader is centred on influencing change and driving performance. You'll provide guidance, foster collaboration, and inspire innovation within the team so they are best enabled to meet the needs of whānau.

Our team 

The Taranaki, King Country and Whanganui Leadership Team is made up of eighteen people who lead and support ~200 kaimahi from Te Kuiti in the north, to Marton in the south. For us, leadership is in equal part about achieving our goals, and likewise, creating a

better future for all New Zealanders.

Salary range: $120,870.00 - $150,416.00
