Role description:
As a Plasterer with our client, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional plastering solutions for a wide range of commercial and residential projects from Grafton to South of Coffs Harbour.
Responsibilities will include:
- Applying plaster with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborating effectively with team members on projects
- Repairing and restoring existing plasterwork
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Ensuring top-notch customer service and professionalism
This role will suit someone with all or some following background/experience/qualities:
- A qualified Plasterer with an amazing work ethic
- Strong expertise in all aspects of commercial and residential plastering
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
About the company:
Our client is a small yet influential plastering company located in the scenic town of Woolgoolga, NSW. They take pride in their meticulous craftsmanship, customer-centric approach, and commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
What they will offer:
- A company fuel card
- 4-day work week of 38 hours, with the option to work on Fridays
- Time and half for hours between 38 - 48 hours a week, then double time from 48+ hours
