We are currently looking for an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator/Setter to join our local Christchurch sheet metal client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate a CNC press brake machine according to job specifications
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven track record in operating CNC press brake machines for sheet metal applications
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise execution
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
