About the Role:
As the Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in attracting and hiring the best talent to join our logistics and transport operations. Working closely with hiring managers and HR, you’ll implement best recruitment practices to attract and retain top talent within a blue-collar workforce. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from ad writing, sourcing, and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing offers and employment checks. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing valuable insights, and developing recruitment campaigns to attract the best candidates.
About you:
You have extensive experience in doing 360 Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment. You are a great communicator and relationship builder with an ability to work at pace to fulfil roles. You are a self-motivated “doer” with great initiative to get projects done. You will also ideally have experience working in highly operational environments such as manufacturing, logistics or construction and also have volume recruitment experience. You are a resilient team player keen to deliver on success.
