The Section Leader oversees the provision of high quality and effective security and protective services during rostered shifts.
Key responsibilities include:
The salary range for this role is $82,861.14 - $96,672.38. Please note that the salary offering is inclusive of 4% KiwiSaver contribution and salary loading (roster) allowance payment. This role also operates on a four days on, four days off roster of day and night shifts. Full time work hours are guaranteed. Familiarity or prior experience working shift work will be highly advantageous.

Ideally, you will bring 5-7 years prior experience in a security environment and have experience in a Leadership capacity. You may also be an experienced security guard looking for the next step in your career. As part of your experience, you will be equipped with a strong knowledge of security systems and technology, and have confidence with verbal and written skills.
Along with your ability to build, foster and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, you work well under pressure and maintain security standards, which will be a crucial element to your success in the role.
