This role offers client engagement, data analytics, influence at senior leadership level, study support and career progression

In an office of 100 +, you will be part of a specialist team of two that proactively connects with customers considering a change in providers. Your role is to understand the customers circumstances and motivations to assess whether there is an opportunity to retain their business and in turn, improve the products and services the business offers.
  
This is not a role where feedback goes in one ear and out the other, the business takes customer feedback seriously. You will be analysing the data, looking for trends and presenting your findings and insights to the Senior Leaders of the business. Positive change and improvements can then be made in all areas of the business – hence this role has high customer and internal stakeholder engagement as well as influence at a Senior leadership level.
  
Your role will include but not be limited to the following;
  

  • Proactively contact existing customers considering a switch of their KiwiSaver Provider and re-educating them on KiwiSaver and Managed Funds
  • Provide guidance and support to help customers make informed decision about their KiwiSaver Fund.
  • Analyse customer data to identify patterns and areas of risk, relay this to appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Work with Marketing to develop and implement targeted retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty
  • Advocate for changes and enhancements that will improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  
You know you’re right for this role if you have…
  
  • Experience in a Client Services, Retention or Advisory role within Financial Services
  • Great communication and analytical skills
  • General knowledge of KiwiSaver and Investments
  • An interest to complete your Level 5 Financial Services Certificate, Investments strand (if you haven’t already)
  • A growth mindset – viewing learnings as opportunities to improve and grow
  • Clear credit and police check
