This is your chance to join an Auckland-based consultancy that specialises in an exciting range of land development solutions from Urban to Rural.
This small but highly experience team with a strong history throughout Auckland has been responsible for a huge range of residential subdivisions ranging from small to large.
With a significant uptake in work, they are looking to welcome a Senior Planner to the team to be a key player moving forward in growth – giving the right person the opportunity to grow the team around them as time goes on.
About the role
This role would suit a motivated, self-starter looking to take on more responsibility within their career with the ambition to grow and lead a team around them.
This role will give you the opportunity you can’t get at larger consultancies, to be involved with projects from inception to completion allowing you to develop a stronger understanding of the full development cycle.
You will play an important part in the delivery of a wide range of land development projects as well as being a confident, well-spoken individual capable of communicating with all key stakeholders within the project.
Ideal Candidate
- Relevant tertiary education in Planning.
- 5+ years professional planning experience in NZ.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Full NZ drivers license
