Description
We are recruiting labourers for the Gorge project with works starting end of May. This is your chance to be involved in a project setting new benchmarks for health and safety and iwi partnerships. Currently it is one of the Government’s largest current transport expenditure commitments and providing over 350 jobs.
You will be assisting with a variety of labour required on site, drainage experienced preferred and ongoing training will be provided.
Overview
- Assisting crew in labour duties specifically with drainage.
- Spotting machines.
- Moving and sorting materials.
Days and hours
Monday-Friday 6:30am – 4:30pm, irregular Saturdays may be required.
Requirements
- Pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
- Must pass a criminal history check.
- Previous labouring required; drainage works preferred.
- Reliable transport to get to and from the Ashhurst compound and class 1 full licence.
