About the House:
It's a 2 story house with stunning views over Lyall bay and south coast. Upstairs, there are kitchen, living room and a guests bathroom. Downstairs, there are the 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom. We have a fairly large deck and a garage that we use as storage.
About the Bedroom:
This is our master bedroom, it is quite large, it has 2 walk-in closets... and all the bedroom furniture.
Current flatmates:
We are 2 professional in our 30s/40s. Sophie works in tourism and Hooman is a software developer (Founder of Shopless).
Parking:
We have 1 off-street parking and there is plenty of free on-street parking available around the house... bus stop is just outside of the house...
Bond/Expenses:
The price is 275 per week (including expenses) for an individual
- For couples it would be 350 per week (including expenses)
- Bond is 2 weeks rent
About the Area:
We are fairly high up the hill in Melrose... we are around 1.5 km away from both Kilbirnie/Newtown...
Our ideal flatmate(s):
Someone (or a couple) with similar mindset.
