Looking for a flatmate in Wellington

We are looking for a flatmate to join our house in Melrose. 

The available room is the the smallest room in the house.

• Furnishings: Both the house and the room are fully furnished.
• Ideal Flatmate: We are looking for a professional person to rent the room. Sorry no couples.
• Current Flatmate: I am 40 years old software engineer working in CBD (I am the owner of the house)

Please note that we have 2 bedrooms available for rent, the other one is the master bedroom and we are looking for a couple.
