Our client is seeking a Community Liaison Coordinator & Site Administrator to add value in a crucial role and be part of an amazing culture.  
   
Approx. 30 hours a week until mid-March then our client will reassess the role.
  
This role will mean you’ll be working closely and coordinating communications with our clients’ project partners as well as providing administrative support to the construction team and communicating with our project neighbours. We estimate that the role will be around 30 hours a week, however, this may increase as needed. 
  
About the role

  • Establish positive relationships with the project partners and neighbouring community – keeping them informed of our works and supporting them through construction delivery
  • Coordinate information shared with project partners, respond to information requests and support consistency of messaging
  • Provide frontline support and assistance where needed to ensure that our client is being the best possible neighbour and providing clear, consistent and timely communication with residents and stakeholders concerning our construction activities
  • Proactively identify and recommend strategies to minimise disruption for the community due to construction, and strategies to respond to and prevent complaints
  • Provide site administration support as required
  • Manage database of interactions with community and stakeholders
  
About you:
  • You’re proactive and a problem solver with a positive attitude and a sound ability to identify community issues – local knowledge of Tamaki’s communities would be ideal
  • Experience working with stakeholder engagement, customer service or communications – ideally within a project or construction environment 
  • You can build trust and credibility within a multi-disciplinary team and can work with partnering agencies
  • You work well under pressure and can deliver quick turnarounds when required
  • Excellent oral and written communication and engagement skills
  • Excellent record management skills
  • You have a full NZ driver licence and are able to start work at 7 am
