This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Systems Coordinator to join our enthusiastic, busy team in the Head Office. Our department works alongside our large salesforce to assist in the development and growth of both current and future business with our customers.

Wurth NZ has approximately 280 full time employees with 180 Sales Representatives on the road, visiting over 20,000 customers nationwide.

The key responsibilities in this role will include, but not be limited to:

Ordering Kanban and other Inventory systems for customers

Support sales force and our customers in the development of their Key Customers

Processing orders for customers with Inventory systems in our internal systems

Analysis of customers using our systems to ensure continued profitability

Maintaining accurate Customer data

Supporting Key Accounts and our sales force by answering queries

Key to your success will be your ability to demonstrate the following skills:

Ability to produce quality work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Comfortable with entering, organising and analysing large amounts of data

Ability to work under time pressure as well as to plan and organise work schedule most effectively

Highly developed verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team

Experience in SAP preferred but not required
