Accounts Specialist

H2R are immediately Seeking a talented Accounts (AP mainly) person for an awesome ‘temporary’ / hourly rate opportunity. This is from as soon as you can start until September. This will also be a permanent role and if appropriate, you will convert into this.

Money / The Rate: The hourly rate position is paying very well at $35.00-37.00 per hour plus 8% holiday pay, plus all NZ Public Holidays paid.

Flexibility / WFH: Yes, start and finish times and WFH possible for sure.

Location:Hands down the best location in town – ideal for both train-travelers, L-cruisers, walkers, or people parking near by. Right in the heart of the CBD.

Ideally you will have:

• Previous experience in accounts payable processing. Credit card management is an advantage
• Understanding of internal controls and sensitive spend to be able to identify non-compliance with business policies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate to the wider organisation and prepare reports to Management
• Strength in customer service and relationship management
• Fully vaccinated (company policy)

Nice to have include:

• Good Excel spread sheeting skills
• Previous experience in an accounts receivable role is an advantage
