This amazing team is now in search of a superstar Customer Care and Sales Support specialist to join their tight knit company in Albany.
About the role:
- Provide superior customer service and support to customers
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails and provide accurate information regarding products
- Develop & continue strong customer knowledge & relationships
- Accurate & timely processing of orders,
- Reconciliation of online invoicing as required
- Ensure all customer orders, enquiries, and complaints are fulfilled in a timely
- Provide sales support
- Admin duties
- Warehouse backup when needed
- Monday - Friday, start and finish flexible
- North Shore location
- 30- 40 hours available Monday - Friday
Skills and Experience:
- Valid New Zealand work rights
- Experienced in a similar industry an advantage
- Experience in a similar customer service role ideal but not essential
- Team Player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills and people person
