We're looking for a candidate for this position in an exciting company.

  • As Strategy Director, your focus is on helping enterprise brands to harness their data and deliver excellent customer experiences. You'll create simple, elegant strategies for some of NZ's largest and most data-rich businesses. Internally, you'll work with Data, Tech, and CX teams, and will lead a team of strategists within the consultancy.
  • This is a senior and highly client-facing position where you'll partner with brands to identify to solve business problems and anticipate customer needs. Your thinking will be around the clients' owned digital channels and the customer experiences needed to help the brand grow. This could range from vision and goal planning, themed-strategy development, or detailed customer journey planning. Working within this digital transformation consultancy means that your strategies come from a place of experience design, customer journeys across owned channels, and bringing one-to-one communications to life.
  • Ultimately, your strategies will drive customer-led growth, inspiring and embedding new ways for brands to connect with customers.

  • Proven experience shaping customer business strategies to help grow customers, channels and ROI.
  • Ability to turn strategies into actionable plans, briefing the team internally to deliver work, and stay on track to achieve the strategy objectives.
  • Experience in methodologies such as design-thinking, innovation, agile and CX to devise solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
