Your day will include:

• Account managing current clients
• Generating new business
• Attracting candidates into temporary, contract and permanent roles
• Visiting client sites
• Updating of candidate information in our data base
• Identifying opportunities, chasing leads and closing deals

This is a hands on customer focussed role and would suit a current recruitment consultant or an ambitious recruiter with experience looking to take the next step in their career path delivering innovative solutions to clients.

About you

• Previous experience in the recruitment industry, preferably industrial
• Ambitious and driven to succeed, with a reputation for making things happen
• Passionate about business development and sales
