Your day will include:
- Account managing current clients
- Generating new business
- Attracting candidates into temporary, contract and permanent roles
- Visiting client sites
- Updating of candidate information in our data base
- Identifying opportunities, chasing leads and closing deals
This is a hands on customer focussed role and would suit a current recruitment consultant or an ambitious recruiter with experience looking to take the next step in their career path delivering innovative solutions to clients.
- Previous experience in the recruitment industry, preferably industrial
- Ambitious and driven to succeed, with a reputation for making things happen
- Passionate about business development and sales
