•Talent Acquisition Coordinator •Fixed term role – 6 Months •South Auckland Location Outstanding opportunity to start your career in HR/Talent Acquisition. Preference for strong administration and coordination skills in the field of HR or General Coordination. In this role, you will be supporting a volume recruitment drive with administration and coordination. You will have the following responsibilities: •Develop strong relationships with Managers and candidates •Prepare and advertise job positions •Candidate sourcing •Organise candidate interviews •Prepare and update job descriptions •Conduct reference checks •Prepare employment agreements and other relevant documentation •Prepare recruitment reports •Organise drug tests and police checks •Answer general HR and recruitment enquiries •Respond promptly in a timely manner •Complete other reasonable duties as directed by the HRBP.
