• Time: 04:00 To 13:00/14:00

Requirements 

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be As Follows: 

• Assist The Head Chef & Sous-Chefs
• Cook The Breakfast / Brunch Menu
• Help With The Salads & Other Cabinet Items (I.e.: Croissants, Filo, Pastries, Savouries Etc.)
• Prepare Café Cabinet Food 
• Support Other Line Chefs
• Platters & Events Food Preparation 

Successful applicants ideally thrive to work in an amazing, fast-growing team & have a drive to deliver the highest quality food. Living in the Selwyn District or nearby areas like Rolleston, Halswell or even Hornby would also be advantageous however NOT essential as long as you're prepared to travel to & from Leeston everyday.
