We are looking to the Principal Advisor as a key player in the strategic development of the P&C function, working alongside the Manager P&C. This is about clearly defining strategic intent and applying it to operational practice.
You will be working as a Trusted Advisor in a key part of the operations and will be measured on your ability to grow maturity in the human resource practices of line managers, aligned to organisational outcomes.
The role would suit a confident career-minded generalist who has interests in employee relations and organisational development. You will be assisted by a P&C Advisor who reports into the role.
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional who has:
- Up to date knowledge of employment law and practice
- Consummate communication skills
- A calm and considered approach under pressure
- The ability to prioritise and work on both the urgent and the important
