You'll be doing:
- Dealing directly with customers
- Actively participate in sales support for all the company's products
- Review all incoming emails and phone queries
- Generate quotations as required
- Process sales orders
- Providing technical information where appropriate
- Expedite urgent orders with factory and logistics departments
- Assisting Sales Engineers
- Ensure correct records and procedures are maintained
- Use of the CRM and SAP functions
To thrive in this role you'll have:
- Sound administration experience in a technical sales environment

- Punctual and reliable
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and preferably SAP
