What We're Looking For:
As a seasoned Business development specialist, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 2 - 5 years' experience in sales, specialising in business development.
  • A high performer – you will be an A player, who will relish delivering results and have a drive to succeed, smashing the mold.
  • A passion for cultivating meaningful relationships with clients and staff.
  • With a proven track record of hunting and closing deals.
  • Alignment with our values and a seamless fit into our vibrant culture.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Accountability, a can-do attitude, and ability to establish and secure pipeline.
  • Highly driven to succeed and earn high bonuses each month based on performance.
