Responsible for end to end people partnering across leaders and teams, you will play a key role in our 'Team First' approach to business partnering, supporting simplification of the way we work, and critically, value creation through delivering effective people solutions.

About the Role Mō te Tūranga
As a trusted People Experience Partner (Senior HR BP), you will be responsible for enabling our leadership teams to deliver best in class people experiences, leverage Group-wide people initiatives, and drive sustainable change outcomes as we continue our transformation journey. Working with key Support Office teams you will manage a broad set of relationships and will be accountable for people outcomes across the Business Units you support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with leaders up to Exec/ GM level to enable effective stakeholder engagement and delivery of key initiatives.
  • Build leadership capability through coaching, advising, and facilitation.
  • Delivering effective change management within a complex environment.
  • Supporting people solutions across the employee journey - talent and succession, performance management, team experience uplift, capability build, and key annual processes.

About You Mōu
You'll have proven generalist experience, ideally gained in complex operating environments where your professional nous, strong relationship and engagement skills, and ability to apply and adapt people solutions that enable strategy, stand out. Previous experience in managing change, a practicable understanding of NZ employment legislation, and coaching and supporting senior business leaders is key. Previous exposure to delivering People solutions in an agile environment is advantageous, but not critical.
