About the role:
Being a support supervisor, you are the go between person for your internal team as well as your external customers and clients.

• Office based role dealing with orders from customers
• Working closely with the Operations Manager
• Connection with your internal team – dispatch, sales reps, finance
• Adding value across the business from to sales and service
• Lead and mentor a team of five staff

Requirements we are looking for:

• Experience leading and managing a team 
• Able to turn challenges into a positive outcome
• High attention to detail and good time management skills 
• Outstanding communication skills verbally and written
• Previously worked alongside trade clients – advantage
