Our client is looking for an Office Manager, to join their very busy team. The ideal candidate will be someone that is ready to help this business grow and be passionate about being the face of this office.

Our client is a Support Office, and their external customers and our internal ones (their sites) are very important to them. You will be a part of a team that is committed to going above and beyond to support their customers. 

This is a Permanent role based in Parnell.

About The Role:

  • You will be required to warmly greet visitors including guests, process their sign-in requirements including health and safety orientation, direct to meeting rooms, offer tea/coffee. 
  • Manage calls to reception
  • Manage website and fax messages inbox
  • Ensure meeting rooms are ready for use in the morning and throughout the day 
  • Manage the general functioning of the kitchen i
  • Manage the daily mail and also the courier packages
  • Ensure the office has appropriate supplies to be able to run smoothly Ensure printing is able to be done smoothly
  • Support the CEO PA with SO events
  • Arrange catering upon request for events and meetings
  • Manage the relationship and operations with office suppliers
  • Ensure new Support Office staff are orientated to the site
  • Handle site branded stationery and promotional material item requirements.
  • Makeup welcoming Packs and distribute to each site as needed
  • Coordinate Support Office repairs and maintenance (upon request)
  • Facility support
  • Document Management support
  • Where required, supporting the Human Resource team with administration

Ideally, you will have the following:
  • Relevant office management experience and/or Front House Experience in the hospitality industry. 
  • Be tech-savvy- Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills would be ideal.
  • A great personality- you will be the first stop for anyone calling or coming into the office.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and not get flustered in busy periods.
Most of all you will be a compassionate, bubbly personality and someone who will just get stuck into any task- big or small.
