As an Accounts Payable you will:
- Daily management of the accounts payable email account and phone calls
- Processing creditor invoices – approx. 500 per month
- Processing staff reimbursement and petty cash
- Processing credit card transactions liaise with staff for purchase record documents
- Other AP tasks as required
This is a full-time permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday.
If you have:
- Accounts Payable experience in a similar role
- Effective and professional communication skills
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- Strong Excel abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Strength in time management
