ACC's vision is to create a unique partnership with every New Zealander, improving their quality of life by minimising the incidence and impact of injury. The Integrity Services team manages ACC's Integrity Framework and is responsible for protecting ACC from fraud, waste, and abuse. The team helps to protect the value and sustainability of the services that ACC provides through targeted prevention, detection, and response activities.
About the role:
The Workflow & Intervention Analyst collates, analyses, and communicates data, management information and business insights to inform effective decision making and operational efficiency for the Integrity Services function. As a newly created role there is plenty of scope to design, create and analyse dashboards, process documentation, workflow mapping, and self-service guidance that will ensure all work is visible and achieving agreed service milestones. This is a great opportunity for a natural collaborator and connector who can also help plan and coordinate resourcing needs and anticipate demand for skills, capabilities, and people for future projects. The role will be able to influence the way things are done alongside a supportive leadership team.
This role could be based in either Wellington or Hamilton.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a proactive reporting guru who likes to uncover insights and tell a story from data. We need an inquisitive, critical thinker and strong communicator with a keen eye for detail. You may have a background in business/data analysis or intelligence, project management or similar. You'll be comfortable synthesising complex data and information from a variety of sources to provide clear and concise advice and compelling insights in both a visual and written manner. We're also looking for:
- Proven expertise in identifying and analysing trends and relationships in data using appropriate analysis techniques
- Curiosity and the ability to collaborate with others to understand their customer needs
- Proven experience developing dashboards and operational reports
- Good judgement, decision making and problem resolution skills
- Experience with Salesforce would be highly desirable.

The base salary range for this role is $69,795 - $98,535 with appointment depending on skills and experience. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
