About the Company
They are a well-established business and have been around for a while. They have gone through a bit of change and are rebuilding their finance team here in Auckland. Be part of this change and join them as their new Accounts Payable Administrator.
  
About the position
Joining 1 other AP administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Invoice processing
• Reconciliations
• Preparation of payment runs
• Managing staff expenses
• Supporting cash flow reporting
• Managing the company Credit cards
• Any other ad hoc tasks

  
About you

• Intermediate to advanced excel skills.
• Seasoned Accounts Payable Administrator
• Comfortable with volume processing
• An eye to do things differently
• Questioning mindset
