Description

H2R Consulting are assisting a Wellington based corporate locate a talented AP & Payroll person.

This is a 25 hour per week role. Part time – ideal for a return to work parent or someone in the search of true work life balance:)

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants some variation with AP as the main part, and then Payroll as the side piece.

$35.00 – 45.00 per hour
3 months (high likely hood to extend to 6)

Payroll

  • Process fortnightly payroll
  • All required reporting to IRD
  • setting up new employees in payroll
  • Producing monthly reports for wellness leave


Accounts Payable

  • Processing of accounts payable invoices and ensuring payments are made on time.
  • Ensuring all invoices are approved by the appropriate person as set out in the delegated authority policy.
  • Maintain accounts inbox and forward or assign emails to relevant people
  • Key liaison point of contact for suppliers.
