They offer services such as Organisational Development, Wellbeing, Digital Learning, Vocational Education and Training & Courses, and others.

About the role

The position is a full-time temporary role based in Ellerslie.
Hours are 8:30 till 5pm Monday to Friday. Initial contract is 3 months with a high probability of extension.

What you’ll be doing:

• Processing supplier invoices
• Ensuring timely payments are made
• Handling accounts payable queries in a timely and professional manner
• Setting up new suppliers
• Bank reconciliation
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Utilizing Business Centre to process invoices and D365

About you

• Previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
• Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
