Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our clients team. This role will involve providing administrative and customer service support to our multi-shift distribution center operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the meat/protein industry and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).  You will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for processing and verifying warehouse documentation.
  • Track incoming deliveries and prepare outbound deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to the operational team, including document preparation and system requirements.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and communication.
  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.


  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in administration.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the meat/protein industry is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred but not essential.
