80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE), Monday - Friday

Our Community Nursing Service is excited to be in a position to appoint a full -time Administration Coordinator to support our services who work within the community.

This role will require you to work from either or both the Hastings or Napier sites.

Health Care settings are unique and you won’t know what we mean by that unless you’ve worked in a similar setting. Experience or familiarity within a health care environment would be really helpful.

We’re looking someone who is always thinking one step ahead, has an impeccable eye for detail and naturally builds strong professional relationships. You’ll be able to communicate with a variety of people including staff, patients and families while working with discretion and professionalism. In addition, we’re looking for someone who;

  • Is achievement focused, proactive, highly reliable and able to use initiative.
  • Has outstanding customer service, communication and time management skills.
  • Has excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Is a master multitasker with a calm presence when the ‘going gets tough’!
