As a Coroners Court Administration Support Officer, you will be based in Auckland and will work alongside Case managers and Coroners. You will be responsible for the administrative tasks of the office in the Auckland Court. On occasion, there may be times when you are called upon to assist on other matters or other Coroners outside your region.
These key responsibilities will include:
You will have strong interpersonal skills that will support your work with the Coroners, but also be capable of dealing with distraught family members in sensitive circumstances. An ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds is essential.
You will be expected to provide excellent and highly organised case management support to our Coroners and Case managers. You will need to build and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Our Northern Coroners Court team is spread across the Auckland Region, and works alongside the Whangarei office. You will be working within a medium sized team, supporting the Coroners and Case managers. This position comes with a varied workload, but the team, extensive training and support services make every day a great place to be.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $54,343 and $69,144 based on skills and experience.
