Our client are a family owned and operated Civil company based in Bromley. We are recruiting on behalf of them for a Receptionist/Accounts Payable Administrator for a long term role.
The role involves:
- Front desk, greeting walk in customers / staff
- Answering the main phone line and helping with enquiries or transferring calls
- Accounts payable - managing creditors
- General admin duties
Job details:
- Long term work (temp to perm)
- Start ASAP
- Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
- Small admin team in a family owned business
- Bromley location
Ideally you will have:
- Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks as required
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
