Description

Our client are a family owned and operated Civil company based in Bromley. We are recruiting on behalf of them for a Receptionist/Accounts Payable Administrator for a long term role. 

The role involves:

  • Front desk, greeting walk in customers / staff
  • Answering the main phone line and helping with enquiries or transferring calls
  • Accounts payable - managing creditors 
  • General admin duties

Job details: 

  • Long term work (temp to perm)
  • Start ASAP 
  • Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
  • Small admin team in a family owned business 
  • Bromley location

Ideally you will have:

  • Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks as required
  • Good communication skills 
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team 
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
