Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: $55,507 per annum
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
We have a permanent, full-time Administration position available in the team based at Kenepuru Hospital but reaching out to the broader community served by Capital and Coast.
Experience within the disability sector and/or of needs assessment and service coordination would be an advantage. The work will involve negotiating and facilitating complex service requirements. You will also have outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, empathy, computer literacy and dedication to make a difference to people's lives.
Capital Support will provide ongoing training and support with professional development opportunities.
Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team
Capital Support is an under 65 y/o needs assessment service covering the greater Wellington region. This service works in partnership with disabled people to achieve a better future for people with disabilities.
A team of 13 (Soon to be 14) including 1.4 FTE Admin and 9.75 FTE Service Facilitators (Soon to be 10.75 FTE) and a Service Leader. We are a supportive team with a diverse range of skills/qualifications and experience. Team culture has been a big focus over the past 8 years, the team is a very strong and close respectful and collaborative team.

This role will suit a person experienced in problem solving, inspiring a culture of quality, whilst enjoying working in a team environment as well as working autonomously. You - ll be an achiever who can see what needs to be done and gets on with doing it. You - ll be committed to excellent outcomes for clients through working as part of a team.
Required: Current Driver - s License
A relevant qualification that could be applied to Disability Support Services is preferred but not compulsory.
