About Us:
Our client is an independent family run business, based in Lower Hutt. Operating since 1930, they sell fresh fruit and vegetables to its wholesale customers across the country. This standard is widely recognised in the Wellington region and throughout New Zealand.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to become an integral part of the team in a role that involves the full spectrum of office management and administrative duties. A successful candidate will strive in a busy environment, be able to coordinate multiple parts of the business to create a cohesive team and be a great communicator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts receivable/payable and reconciliation of bank statements & customer accounts.
  • Managing customer enquiries.
  • Maintain office, store & staff supplies.
  • Debt collection.
  • Various other administration tasks.
Requirements:
  • Customer focused frame of mind.
  • Able to take instructions and requests from various managers.
  • Detailed knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Great organisational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude.
