Te Kāika Wellbeing Hub is a village of integrated services established as a Treaty-based partnership between Te Kāika - Ōtākou Health, Te Manatū Whakahiato Ora - Ministry of Social Development and Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora. Its vision is to provide He Korowai Manaaki (a cloak of care and support) for whānau in a safe community space.
As the Administrator, you will be supporting the Relationship Manager with all aspects of administration including coordinated administration, invoicing, and supporting the booking process for the Te Kāika Wellbeing Hub, and we're looking for someone who is 'on the ball' when it comes to ensuring that the necessary paperwork is spot on! The role also involves a significant amount of communication with other pivotal key members, including patients.

Utu whānui - Salary range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the Te Pūkenga Here Tikanga Mahi Public Service Association (PSA) National Health Administration Workers Collective Agreement and the salary will be in accordance with the National Health Administration Workers Pay Scale, Band 4A between Step 1 ($70,970) and Step 3 ($73,941)p.a. pro-rata.
