Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

Amongst other specialities, Hutt Valley DHB is the centre for five tertiary/regional and sub-regional services - Plastic, Maxillofacial and Burns Services. Each of these specialities can present some very interesting airway pathology that will challenge all your skills and knowledge.  A comprehensive orientation and additional training will be provided if necessary. 

Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team

Our Perioperative team is friendly and will make you feel most welcome. We have an experienced Anaesthetic Technician team that is both supportive and fun. We also have an Anaesthetic Technician Clinical Educator looking after the academic and clinical needs of 6 trainees and who will also offer support with your on-going CPD. Monthly stop work education meetings provide tech focussed learning opportunities for CPD requirements.  You-ll be pleasantly surprised at how the Inter-disciplinary teams value and respect each other. We share plenty of laughs of course!
