Nelson Marlborough is looking for a Specialist Anaesthetist to join our team. You will join a team of seven experienced and supportive SMO colleagues. You will be working within a secondary care setting participating in the anaesthetic roster, covering: planned care and acute theatre sessions, anaesthesia after-hours on call support, anaesthetic pre-assessment clinics and working as the duty anaesthetist . In this role you will provide support to other departments including: obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, general surgery, orthopaedics, urology, ENT, ophthalmology and Dental. Our department also provides anaesthesia for visiting subspecialty surgeons in paediatric surgery.
