The Application Support Specialist is a crucial role within the Application Services Team, providing essential support to our customers for our suite of applications.

This role requires a blend of technical prowess, customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the smooth operation and reliability of our business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting, possess strong communication skills and have a proactive approach to managing application environments.

Mōu | About you

Skills and experience you’ll need to be considered for the role:

  • The ability to work within a Team to achieve Team Goals.
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, IT support or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of IT service management principles and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Experience with incident management, change management and problem management processes.
  • Proficiency in database management, SQL and application troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to lead small project teams.
