Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager Asset and Maintenance, you will be responsible for the overall management of an assigned portfolio in our Central Auckland office.

You will use your proven communication and negotiating skills to ensure the physical and financial performance meets agreed targets and standards in order to protect and improve the overall quality of our assets.

These are fixed term roles through to Friday 28 February 2025

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring:

  • Relevant Property Management or Valuation qualifications
  • Background in the management of property assets
  • Understanding of financial and technical data analysis and interpretation
  • Experience in undertaking options analysis and report writing
  • Ability to identify risks and resolve complex issues
  • Exceptional influencing and communication skills.
