Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager - Asset and Maintenance, you will be responsible for the overall management of an assigned portfolio of approx. 2.500 properties in our Waikato region based out of our Hamilton office.

You will use your proven communication and negotiating skills to ensure the physical and financial performance meets agreed targets and standards in order to protect and improve the overall quality of our assets.

You would be part of a team consisting of 8 hard-working professionals who enjoy the variety of work, great banter and an open honest environment, led by their supportive and encouraging leader.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring:

  • Relevant Property Management or Valuation qualifications
  • Background in the management of property assets
  • Understanding of financial and technical data analysis and interpretation
  • Experience in undertaking options analysis and report writing
  • Ability to identify risks and resolve complex issues
  • Exceptional influencing and communication skills.
  • Valuing or surveying experience would be desirable
