We have an exciting opportunity for an Audiologist to join our team in one of New Zealand's top locations. The Bay of Plenty Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Audiology service is currently based at Tauranga Hospital and a Whakatane-based clinic.

As part of the Audiology team, you will mostly be working with children to provide expert diagnostic assessment and rehabilitation services. The service's current focus is on quality paediatric services including electrophysiological assessments, paediatric diagnostics and habilitation (including Bone Anchored/Conduction Hearing Aids), and diagnostic assessments for ENT clinics. Our service has close working relationships with Ear Nose and Throat, Paediatrics, Advisor on Deaf Children services, and Newborn Hearing Screening services.

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Audiologist with a commitment to high-quality audiological care to join a dynamic and innovative team that puts the patient and their family/whānau at the center of everything we do. We have a strong values-based culture where continued professional development is supported.

Applicants must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Audiology and be eligible for, or hold, Full Membership (Audiologist member) of the New Zealand Audiological Society (NZAS). Paediatric Certification/s is preferred.

We are looking for an Audiologist who has excellent interpersonal skills, can work independently, has a willingness to learn, and can work flexibly in a busy team environment, whilst maintaining high standards of care.
